Abstract

|
|
Unilateral absence of an adnexa without previous surgery seems to result either from adnexal torsion with infarction, during the fetal life or from unilateral Mullerian agenesis. A case of absence of the right ovary and ipsilateral fallopian tube is presented in this paper with brief review of literatures. This is the second case to be reported in Korea
